Enrico's Kitchen is a manufacturer of pizza and pasta meals. Enrico's was acquired by Cumberland Industries and was taken over in August 2006. Since the takeover, Enrico's has seen tremendous growth with the help and guidance of Business Manager Jim Keane.
Enrico's was established twenty years ago with humble beginnings. Enrico Viscontini, a well known restaurateur in Sydney, used to make delicious pasta meals for his daughter Chiara to take to school for lunch everyday. The other children at school demanded the pasta that she was having, so Enrico started producing pasta in a modest factory in Pendle Hill, west of Sydney.
The business has since grown at extraordinary lengths. Enrico's now operates in Wetherill Park, and currently sells product to the majority of school canteens in Australia, while also catering for the foodservice industry and supermarkets.
Enrico's prides itself on having the highest quality ingredients to satisfy all needs. All of Enrico's pasta meals have proudly received the 'Green Tick' from the School Canteen Association, meaning that there are no restrictions on how many times children can purchase the products. All pasta meals are currently 97% fat free, with the intention of reducing the fat content in every meal even more in the near future.

Enrico's is constantly striving to reach new heights with the help of our own Italian Chef and founder of the company, Enrico Viscontini. Constant product development and creative advertising will take this division to new heights.
