Dr Stephen Treloar 
Is the company's Chief Executive Officer. He was formerly a lecturer with the Faculty of Professional Studies, University of NSW and has over 30 years senior executive experience at the General Manager, Managing Director, and Chief Executive Officer level. He holds formal qualifications in: audit, general management, public administration, foreign trade and dispute resolution. Stephen also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) and has completed a Master of Commercial Law. He is a Churchill Fellow, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and has recently completed the Advanced Diploma with the AICD.

Mustafa Koraiem
Is the company's Chief Financial Officer. Mustafa has over 30 years of experience as an Accountant, Tax Auditor, and CPA. He handles all financial management matters of the company and heads a team of accountants, assistant accountants and accounts staff. Mustafa holds a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Masters of Finance. He also lectures part time at Macquarie University, and is a volunteer director for both an open employment service, and a disability residential service.

Denise Apps
Is the company's Chief Operations Officer. Denise has over 25 years experience in manufacturing and packaging of food products, and 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Denise is responsible for the entire company operations including food manufacturing and TGA operations. All Business Managers report directly to her as well as a number of QA staff. She has completed several courses in Human Resource Management, quality systems, HACCP, QM, GMP, Food Science, and Micro Principles with the NSW Food Industry Council, and University of Western Sydney. She has also completed the Australian Graduate School of Management program in General Management.

Kara Pavloff
Is the company's Director of Human Services. Kara has over 10 years experience in human resource management across government, legal, and commercial organisations. She is responsible for all of the human services of the company inclusive of Quality Assurance, OHSE, Recruitment, and Training and Development of over 600 people. Kara manages the busy Human Resources Department and is supported by a team of Human Resource Officer, Safety and Rehabilitation Coordinator, Learning and Development Facilitator, HR Administrator and Learning and Development Officers. The skills of the department include, Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations, Occupational Therapy, Diversional Therapy, Masters in OHSE and Diplomas in Workplace Training and Assessment. Kara has over ten years experience within the Corporate and Disability Sectors, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in human resource management and industrial relations. She is also an accredited trainer and assessor.

Professor David R. Stevens
Is the company's Director of Strategy, Marketing & Social Enterprises. Prof. Stevens is generally regarded as one of the worlds leading project strategists, particularly in value management, value engineering, risk management, partnering, project alliancing and strategic planning. He has carried out over 1000 strategy workshops worldwide over the past two decades. His experience spans virtually every industry and profession. His academic qualifications include two Masters Degrees and a PhD (Psychology), as well as a second PhD (Engineering) in progress. Prof. Stevens is an Adjunct Professor at the School of Engineering at the University of Western Sydney. He has acted as an external examiner of doctoral level theses. He has authored six books, two of which are major international business texts. He has held several senior management positions in marketing; several board positions and has been Chairman of an Australian Standards Committee. As Director of Social Enterprises he is involved in the development of Social Enterprise Consulting, a division of Cumberland Industries and is heading consulting assignments throughout Australia and around the world.

Margaret Ryan
Margaret Ryan is the company’s Director of Corporate Relations. Margaret has over 25 years senior executive experience in national, state and regional leadership roles in government and the Not for Profit sector, including eight years in the Senior Executive Service in the NSW Government in diverse portfolios such as Education and Training, Forestry, Office of Western Sydney and Regional Development. Margaret handles government, business and community relations and media for the company. Margaret has a Bachelor of Economics degree (First Class Honours in Political Science) and post-graduate qualifications in Education and Multicultural Education, has partly completed a Masters of Business Administration degree and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
