Dr Diane Ball PhD, MBA, BHA, GCCM, GAICD
Dianne Ball was appointed to the Board in March 2007. Dianne is Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Australian College of Health Service Executives (ACHSE), Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Focused Medical and holds an adjunct appointment with Charles Sturt University in the School of Health Sciences. Dianne is a Fellow of ACHSE, a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and a member of Rotary International.

Mr Jim Taggart BA MA DipTeach CFP QPIB MCom
Jim Taggart was appointed to the Board in April 2007. Jim is Managing Director of The Taggart Group Pty Ltd and Taggart Nominees Pty Ltd and co-director of Sentag Finance Pty Ltd. He is NSW Director, Association of Financial Advisers [AFA], a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia, Chairperson of the Advisory Committee for TAFE NSW Western Sydney Institute and the Hills Excellence in Business Committee and a Board Member, Smithfield Wetherill Park Chamber of Commerce. Michele Phillips B Bus MBA GAICD
Michele Phillips joined the Board in May 2007. A Director of Red Fish Capital, previously Michele was Vice President, Electrolux Asia Pacific, held senior executive roles with multinational food companies and was a lecturer at tertiary level. She is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the St James Ethics Centre. Awards include the AICD 2006 International Company Directors course scholarship and the 2007 UTS (University of Technology, Sydney) Professional Alumni Achievement Award.

| SOCIAL ENTERPRISE CENTRE |
|
$2 million was finally received from Federal and State goverment to assist in broadly a concept unique to Australia called the Social Enterpriise Centre. Construction started January 2008 and will enventually house 10-12 not for profit organiasations, predominantly in the disabilities sector. Apart from offices other facilities include board room, function room, class room and workout room as well as full catering facilities. People with a disability will be trainied to run this facility.

| THE CUMBERLAND RETREAT |
|
Cumberland Industries Limited and Accommodation for the Disabled Limited has taken on a new initiative, The Cumberland Retreat. The Cumberland Retreat is a resort style hotel principally set up to provide holiday week-end breaks for the employees (and families) of Cumberland Industries, and registered 'friends of Cumberland'.
The Retreat offers friendly service with the support of respite for people with mild disabilities.
